About to read
Treating myself to a bowl of what is essentially adult SpaghettiO‘s at the bookstore to celebrate the return of my first big grad school paper. I got a 100 (which is also my current overall grade). If my refrigerator weren‘t made of stainless steel, I‘d print it out & stick it on there.
Neither my husband nor my mother were answering my texts, so now I‘m reduced to bragging on the internet. 🙈😆
I do have a hard time skipping a book... this one came close. As a Sales guy and a Sales leader myself - I was not impressed with his approach. I share several tactics w/ him but his arrogance just somehow shines through. The book started ok but ended up boring me quite a bit. Would not recommend.
Wrote an article on my Publishing MA, enjoy! https://bookmachine.org/2019/05/16/five-reasons-to-still-do-a-publishing-ma/
9/5/19 started reading , but stops reading because of travelling.
07/07/19 re start again to read from the star
I've seen family (husband & father) and friends start up new businesses. The ones that saw long term successes were the ones that follow this principle. Should we go around and maximize our spending? Absolutely not. But where it makes sense, invest in yourself and pay attention to the return! #ROI #invest #smallbusiness
What do you think about this principle?
Learned about this book today. Seems like a good title to add to the professional development collection!
Sooooo I've been hoarding books in my BO shopping cart for weeks waiting on a sale I knew was overdue. I give up and buy the damn books and, go figure, they send me an email about the upcoming sale 😡
I could have bought more books.
