Impulse buy based on a post about it on #OSRBC. Not the first time those ladies cost me 💵. May/December BDSM #romantsy with the younger man being dominant. Big age gaps aren‘t my favorite thing but it works in this story. The power dynamics and emotional complexities of the relationship turn a lot of tropes upside down. I had to force myself to stop reading because work. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Really fabulous.

I really enjoyed the first half of this book, a YA about a gay girl dealing with her girlfriend leaving and the return of an old friend. The 2nd half was not as enjoyable getting bogged down in problems and a Ramona I had trouble liking. So a decent mixed read that had some good moments, but not enough for me to love it. #romansty #osrbc

This book was simple but delicious. What made this work so well was the deep POV, you really felt in Evie's head, and the subtle development of both the characters and the romance was so skillfully done.
Stein is a writing magician, and the sex scenes are freaking hot. #romansty #osrbc
