What the heck is this?!?! "hard-edged crime fiction for adults" starring Marvel characters?!?! I've read plenty of books with Marvel characters, but I can't imagine something dark and noir, like Raymond Chandler, with Spider-Man or Captain America in it. Maybe a spy thriller with Nick Fury, but even that goes out the window if you add superheroes. That doesn't mean I won't give them a try when they come out, I'll just keep my expectations low.

psalva This is interesting. I haven‘t read Marvel in a while but I‘m imagining something with a tone like Marvel 1602 but modern? It‘s kind of an intriguing concept to me. Definitely more like a DC move in my head. 2y
RamsFan1963 @psalva Yes I could see DC doing a series of book, like their Elseworld series of comics. DC has more non-powered heroes like The Sandman (not Morpheus) that would fit into that genre. 2y

Pickpick

Thanks to Mark Waid's writing and Javier Rodriguez's brilliant artwork, this very simple premise becomes a comic that is encyclopedic, entertaining, and beautiful.
