pickThe book is based on the time around the Second World War and gives you, without getting too deep into, a short insight of the feelings of a family who struggle. The most touching of it all was the sons feeling- I think that the author intentionally let most of the emotions flow trough him and what it means to grow up in a time were you learn to honour - than hate what you had to honour and to grow upwith a stranger that calls himself your father.
