3-4⭐I am glad I read it. I have had multiple people recommend it to me, and while it wasn't my favorite, it was a good book. Thinking back I was taken aback by the writing style and it sometimes threw me off- however, it was a semi-enjoyable read and marked another one off of the #LitsyReadingChallenge #LR11 #KindleRead

I really loved this after warily stepping into it. I almost cried, too, which is not a thing I do much for books. There was nothing cliché about the narrative or the characters and I ended up adoring both unlikely companions.
