There are three books in this series by Zoe Ferraris; the tagged book is the third & final one. A trilogy of mysteries set in Saudi Arabia, the books feature the amateur sleuthing of Palestinian desert guide Nayir al-Sharqi, along with forensic lab technician Katya Hijazi. For me, this insider‘s view of a woman‘s (Katya) life in Saudi Arabia was a real eye-opener. Ferraris, born in Oklahoma, lived in ⬇️
gradcat (Cont) Saudi Arabia with her husband and in-laws in the early 90s. The first book in the series is titled “Finding Nouf;” the second is “City of Veils.” All of them are good reads, and depict Saudi life really well. (edited) 5y
