pickI remembered immediately how lovely characters Day & June are and how different backgrounds they have. This made me feel for Day so much, and I think I prefered his story.
I also noticed how much I love this dystopian world, it was nice to be back in it.
These were neat stories showing an important scene from both POV when they were 12-yo.

I have to admit this is my first exposure to Marie Lu‘s work...I‘m really liking what I‘m reading from this story so far. REALLY curious to see where everything takes turn in the actual Legend series. Loved her writing style 😊😊😊🥰🥰🥰

It was a quick read and as always I really loved the story and how I can picture everything she writes. One of my favorite authors.
pickDaisy and Marcus are already together through all the Rock Chick books and she‘s one of my favorite chicks. This prequel about how they got together was perfect!
Daisy‘s history is tough and what she goes through is terrible. Marcus is there for her, even before she realizes it. And then that epilogue 😭🥰 Laughter and tears.
