TheAromaofBooks Oh my gosh, so funny. So... are you allowed to actually check out the books, or just admire them behind their curtains?? 4y

monalyisha @TheAromaofBooks Patrons can come in & pick up their holds (either through circ or touchless pickup) but we want to discourage them from browsing/touching the materials on the shelf. The curtains are clear so we can see through them to grab the holds (& so if they see something they like, they can put it on hold or ask us to grab it for them)! 4y

TheAromaofBooks Interesting!! Our library is still doing curbside pick up only, but I'm pretty stoked because the interlibrary loan is active again. For a while you could only get books that were at each library's physical location, and my closest branch is pretty tiny!! Most of my books come from other libraries. Now I've had a million holds come in at once! 😂 4y
