My Bestest Book Buddy Becky and I both loved this book. It's been a delightful reread. In the Summer of 2016 we finally made it to Guernsey. Alas, not the one in the English Channel but a charming one in Iowa. Population 63 and one Road Grader.

I love this series! Always a solid mystery with a twist I didn't see coming. Love the language of Ann Cleeves writing style and learning Shetland words like Knapping - losing the accent for the benefit of Soothmoothers - those not native to Shetland. I hope when I visit no one Knapps for me. #shetland #bookishtravels #teaandbooks

The #LittleFreeLibrary outside of the Flannery O'Connor Childhood Home in Savannah, GA is a gorgeous one. Well worth a stop and then take a tour of the house!
