With this little volume finished today for the #HPChapterADay, it‘s time to turn another page in my new (& hopefully improved) reading journal. I‘m still working my way through What Happened, and I didn‘t even start The Princess Saves Herself poetry book, but tomorrow starts another week, and with a few of my buddy reads wrapping up maybe I can finish up some others on my TBR pile. I‘ll miss #TheNixBuddyRead and #LWReadAlong though, great groups!

This book was a wild ride of styles & POV‘s and I loved untwisting it‘s ‘puzzle‘. The multiple POV‘s gave depth and feeling to multiple generations in this family saga, as it unraveled layer by layer, revealing the hidden depths and deepest held secrets of each, and how those secrets affected their decisions and their lives. It‘s sometimes hard to represent parents and grandparents as complete people with complex lives in novels, where they....

I finished my book ladies of #TheNixBuddyRead and I clicked on Goodreads to review, and this is literally the quote that popped up for a second on the loading screen....I couldn‘t believe it! What are the freaky odds of that, I wish I‘d been quick enough to screenshot it. #Coincidence? #BookKarma
