The spouse is in London with a mate and the kids are in bed, so there's no one keeping the TV on and I have the sofa to myself. I have blankets, a stack of books, and the gastronomic trinity of gingerbread, blue Stilton, and Rioja (ok, it sounds like a weird combo but it really is stellar! Except that I didn't make it to Tiger and 🇬🇧 gingerbread is too sweet and heavy on the ginger, and not enough cloves.) #SoloingSaturdayNightinStyle

julesG It'll have to be grape juice. My MS medication is very hard on my liver and I have abstained from any alcoholic drink and heavily fat food for the past months. 😖 Especially hard now, I'd so like to have some Glühwein or Gløgg. 6y
Leniverse @julesG Oh no! There's always the non-alcoholic version? Although, they don't taste that great. Maybe tea is the better alternative. 6y
