pickLots of action in this volume. Usagi of course meets foes on his journeys but it's sad because he little dinosaur friend moves on and now Usagi is alone again. Wonderful graphics and great stories. Loved the TMNT/Usagi mash up story at the end.

pickGreat collection of Usagi comics. Some in this collection I had read before, but others were new. The culture and customs Stan Sakai captures in this seemingly simple comic is always impressive. I'm a huge fan of this series and always enjoy, and learn from, these stories.

pickI loved Usagi's character as a kid watching TMNT. When I read recently that IDW was giving him his own new graphic novel series I decided to find the original comics to read. Luckily, my library's overdrive has them. 💚 I've never read them before and it's fun finding out some background on this badass samuari rabbit. I just finished the first book and loved it.
Any other TMNT fans out there?
My friend bought me 47 Ronin as a gift and I'm absolutely in love with the lavish and otherworldly illustrations you find throughout the book. For a Japan-o-phile like myself, this is just bookporn of the highest order. Shown here with my Chinese teapot (yes, I'm aware I'm mixing cultures but it works for the pic 😋
