We had a 5am tornado warning today. It's been raining for almost 12 hours and normally our pond is completely dry. That band of brown in the picture? That's water in the pond. It's insane how much water is on the ground and flooding out an incredible number of streets. In my county alone, more than 20 streets and intersections are completely impassable. #OklahomaUSA

WorldsOkayestStepMom @AmyG the elementary school here is flooded! It sits in a valley and it's got water in the building. Thankfully, our schools started summer break last Thursday, so it doesn't effect education. 5y
MidnightBookGirl I lived in Oklahoma for 10 years and was lucky to never be too close to a tornado, probably because I lived in Norman most of the time. Hope you and my family and friends keep safe! 5y

WorldsOkayestStepMom @DivineDiana thankfully, it did! It messed up my sleep schedule, but that's awful anyway. We have managed to dry out a little more, which is great! Other towns in Oklahoma did not fair nearly as well as we did. 5y
