pickThis year I really branched out into graphic novels and books like El Deafo make me thankful for that choice. I loved reading the struggles and triumphs of CeCe. It reminded me not only of my hearing issues throughout my life (none as difficult as hers), but also of the ones that childhood brings. It was fun and perfect for the back to school time that as an adult I miss. Wonderful book. #ElDeafo #CeceBell
