This book was really optimistic with a lot of good tips and advice. Since it was set up as a series of themed essays/vignettes, it was possible to glean lots of helpful information. If one essay didn‘t help, I just moved on to the next one or the one after that. I took notes in the margins, and I feel like this book was a really positive and empowering read. I‘m currently at 4.5 hours, and I‘m partially through several books, but I haven‘t completed any of them yet. I‘m not sure of my page count, but I‘ll check it in a bit.
