Book Bracket 2023 winner… Anatomy!
Honestly I loved this book. Whether it was due to the characters, the vibes, or the fact that this book got me out of a major reading slump but it was definitely a huge hit for me #2023reading #bookbracket #favbookof23

Pickpick

Could this be my best book of the year so far? Inspired by Little Women, an all-time favourite of mine, this is a book on family loyalty and forgiveness. It deals with hard emotions but so poignant and the writing is stunning. I was so immersed in this beautiful multigenerational family story! I urge everyone to read this! #bookrecommendation#2023reading#hellobeaitiful#bibliophile

A Terrible Kindness | Jo Browning Wroe

Pickpick

This book opens up with the Aberfan disaster and decribes the kindness a group of embalmers show as they work to present the bodies of the victims in their best forms to their heartbroken families... but this book is really a coming-of-age story of a young boy with a troubled childhood , his complex relationships, his time as a chorister and how he returns to music for healing after the trauma he has faced. A beautiful book! #2023reading

Crying in H Mart: A Memoir | Michelle Zauner
post image

My reading for February has slowed way down from January, but I‘m still making my way through the audio version of this. Zauner‘s writing keeps me interested in her story, and I love hearing the Korean words spoken out loud; I think it really adds to the experience. So far, this is a memoir is one I would definitely recommend. #2023reading
