Dorothy was again the main character after stepping into the background for several books, and the group‘s adventures were more fun to read about this time. However, once again, the new characters were pretty annoying.

Lizpixie I used to hound our local librarian until these came in. Me and my dad caught the bus to the library once a month to swap our books for new ones, I think I read everything in the MG & YA section by the time I was 10! The Oz books were my favourite, I have a beautiful box set of them now for my grandkids to read. Loved Asterix & Obelisk too. And Tintin! 1y
