wordslinger42 I've loved this series so far! Some pretty dark, intense stuff happens in book two, though, that I was surprised to find in middle grade books! 4y

Also please. Does anyone know of these or have read them? It's meant to be a cross between Harry Potter and the hunger games. I've read a series that was jurassic park and the hunger games and loved them. These also looking promising. Please and thank you 📖❤️📚

LibrarianRyan I have all this set and some of the companion set. I love this author. It‘s a nice middle grade fantasy series. 4y

LibrarianRyan Also, I would say easier and not as dark as Hp, especially after book 4. Survival, but nothing quite like HG. I would say 5-7th grade range, but nothing too objectionable for advanced reading 3rd grade. (edited) 4y

If you haven't read this series but love; magic, sea adventures, dragons, battles of good v evil, etc. then this is the book for you!
