The struggle for good versus evil continues as Bobby Pendragon follows the demon, Saint Dane, to the territory of Zadaa, home of the Traveller, Loor. Zadaa is on the brink of all out war and Saint Dane is ready to push things over the edge - unless Bobby can stop him. The series is finally starting to go down the inevitable developmental trail of darkness, and Bobby as a character is truly starting to fill out and grow into his role as a Traveler. I have a great appreciation for the plot twists that keep me on my toes with this series, along with the fact that Machale does not crowd please by forcing romance. Love the natural development as Bobby as a warrior, as well as his relationship with Loor.

I am reading this series with my nephew and I have loved it! He has really enjoyed talking through the books with me too! I love having this connection with him and when everyone else is around they feel like we are talking another language! Highly recommend this series, it was a series he had to read in 6th grade.
