Malicious Intent: Anya Crichton Novel 1
Malicious Intent: Anya Crichton Novel 1 | Kathryn Fox
5 posts | 5 read | 5 to read
While investigating the drug overdose of a teenage girl, pathologist and forensic physician, Dr Anya Crichton, discovers striking similarities between the case and a number of apparent suicides. All of the victims disappeared for a period of time before taking their lives in desperate circumstances. As Anya delves deeper, the pathological findings point to the frightening possibility that the deaths are not only linked, but part of a sinister game. Nothing can prepare her for the role she is forced to take in the deadliest play of all... PRAISE FOR MALICIOUS INTENT "Malicious Intent will keep you gripped from start to finish. Author Fox displays the deft hand of a natural writer, whether she's weaving her break-neck plots, imparting fascinating medical and police procedural details or breathing life into her characters-both good and bad. What a compelling new talent!" Jeffrey Deaver, author of The Vanished Man

Pickpick

Fascinating book which held me enthralled just as much this time around as it did when I first read it 11 years ago. Enough time had passed for me to be shocked by the twist that came out of nowhere. Great characters have ensured that I devour every word Kathryn Fox writes in subsequent books.

Some of my favourite Australian authors. I'm going to see Katherine Howell at the library next month, I just know I'm going to be all fangirly 🤗 Fun Fact: Posie Graeme-Evans also created the TV show McLeod's Daughters.
