I never got into the adult colouring trend before, but recently had a go and found it so relaxing. For a mind as busy as mine, it‘s been a great way to calm my thoughts and find focus. Paired with a herbal tea it‘s a perfect alternative to meditating, which I‘ve always struggled with.

New colored pencils, mostly for my bullet journal, but also trying my hand at coloring. Why not?!

brendanmleonard aw yea bullet journals for the win! i've been thinking of getting into coloring books as well - any reccomendations? 8y
Tav @brendanmleonard I actually have Color Me Calm and I love it. High quality paper so the pencils color well--they move smoothly over the page. The designs are also sophisticated and interesting. 8y
razmanda @brendanmleonard @Tav I started a mandala tonight and 45 minutes passed by in a blink. 8y
