It‘s been a while since I was truly shocked by a book but there is one point in particular that stopped me and made me go back and listen again…is that really what‘s happening? I love that! It started off just ok, shaping up to be your typical mystery, but then definitely goes down a path I couldn‘t have predicted. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

•Wow, such a strange experience, and I‘m unsure how I feel about it. It was ambitious with everything packed into it, and I was mostly there for it, even though I was sometimes confused. I‘m just not sure about that last little twist at the end, I think it was too much and maybe unnecessary.
•The narration performed by Emily Lawrence & Ashley Klanac was sufficient.

Lots of creepy things happening along with odd, mean, violent characters with two storylines going - for readers who like twists and unexpected things.
