#littlefreelibrary find—I‘m intrigued but skeptical! I see good Litsy reviews, though, which makes me more hopeful. I recently had my hormonal IUD out and my cycles have been very short, which is better than the endless bleeding with the IUD but still annoying.

PMDD is serious and debilitating- I‘ve been trying to learn as much as I can to support my daughter in every possible way- so Erudite hear I come. My goal is to intersperse fiction with this non fiction over the next 28 days. Fingers crossed. Have any of you read these? Other recommendations? #bfc28 Any book goals @ElizaMarie #isolationinteractions

Lesanne May be more info than you‘re really looking for but a great resource. 4y
tracey38 I have no recommendations but thinking of you! 4y
TalecArashi I haven't any recs, but I'm happy to have your existing list to crib off of 🤓 I've wanted to read up on it but had trouble finding in-depth information. 4y

ElizaMarie I know this isn't the question or even that relevant of a topic but... I had been wanting to read The Vagina Monologues.

So, I think its great that you are being super supportive of helping your daughter with this. I have had patients with PMDD and it was heartbreaking that their loved ones didn't treat this as an actual condition. By you merely acknowledging this is real I am sure helps her out too much.

ElizaMarie No book specific goals though. I feel like when I set these types of goals the defiant part of me tries to rebel and won't let me just enjoy things.

I am trying to make it a point to read minimum of 20 mins a day (Which most days its way way more) but it helps me feel centered. I am in a couple of book groups so I plan on reading Aprils books (but that's not a real goal)

Also chipping away at some of my physical books
