I did enjoy this book. However, if you are an avid reader, you will figure out the ending about halfway through. BUT...there was 1 thing that I didn't expect.

Predictable and boring. The characters all communicate and think with the same high level of speech; it's like they're all authors. Descriptions are lacking or non fluid/uncreative. The plot is pretty straightforward, with the obstacles to development being a simple matter of back and forth on evidence for the crimes.
I feel compelled to finish the books I start, but struggled with this one. Only read if there's not much else :/

And another one, which I like because you can see my holiday nails and some of my tattoos (which are only visible for a couple of weeks a year when I‘m on holiday!) ✈️🏖🇲🇽☀️📚💀

Typical holiday picture of book and hotdog legs! 😂 I love Robin Cook‘s books. They‘re often quite similar, but the recurring characters are interesting and familiar. They always remind me of being on holiday whenever I read about them at home. ✈️🏖🇲🇽📚🌅☀️

We went down to the beach for sunrise, which was awesome. I‘m now back in bed and reading, ahhhh! 🏖☀️🌅✈️

I haven‘t read a Robin Cook since this time last year, which is sad as I love his work! Pic is Robin‘s Cat, Primo, and is taken from his FB page.

A pathologist working for the medical examiner of New York ends up teaming up with a cop over two seemingly unrelated series of deaths. #Itsallamystery until the pieces start to fall in place.

Overall, a good medical thriller! The last 100 or so pages, I couldn't stop reading. #thrillers
