A self-help book based on concrete examples. The author is a psychologist/therapist and he explains what is under the guy pride. I chose this book because I have guy co-workers and sometimes is hard to understand their self-destructive behaviour. Many things are clearer to me now. #nonfiction2021 - something by an LGBT author
