Not read this 1907 novel, but it inspired this Tony winning musical, ‘A Gentleman‘s guide to Love and Murder‘ which I loved!
Also the same novel inspired the classic movie ‘Kind Hearts and Coronets‘.... and in both musical and movie, all the roles of the family members, are played by the same actor!

A distant relative tries to 'knock off' each member of an aristocratic family to become the sole heir, and in both adaptations, the family are ALL played by the same actor! Alec Guinness is hilarious in the movie, and Jefferson Mays was spectacular on stage....Best thing I've seen on Broadway. So much fun!
