I really enjoyed this slow-burn, friends to more story. The characters were finely drawn, complex, and kind to each other. The writing we lovely too, I will read more from Lacie Waldon. #BookspinBingo @TheAromaofBooks #Roll100 @PuddleJumper #Pantone2023 #Tangelo #PeachPink @Clwojick

😍 cute! I had the audiobook for this & really enjoyed it! It was a creative dilemma and a great friend group, even though I felt the most chemistry from the two mains. The blasts into the past happened so sporadically that it was easy to forget they did, but they were fun to read. Big on them for forgiving each other and not holding a grudge. I also liked that nobody was a true villain

From the Jump is a serviceable rom-com if a mindless beach read is what you need. Read my full review here: https://debbybrauer.org/#from-the-jump
