Satan Says | Sharon Olds

These are all contemporary poets, whose books make up a very high percentage of my #textonlycovers. Not sure why that is-- the cynic in me thinks it's because of the lower publishing budget, but the idealist thinks it's because poets know better than everyone else the value of a few well-chosen words. 😉 Sharon Olds and Donald Justice are brilliant. Alien vs. Predator, however, does not come recommended-- but the cover is great.
