Odd Thomas books are intense, so I often need to take breaks. This one as much as any. Odd returns home because he knows the evil cult he dealt with in the last book plans to destroy his home town. As he tries to figure out their plans, they keep popping up with murderous intent.

Very disappointed in this one. It felt like Koontz just wanted the whole story to end and didn‘t put much thought, effort, or care into it.

#literarycrush #feistyfeb. I have crushes on many fictional characters: Original and Modern Mr Darcy - Roarke because who doesn't love rich, smart men with an accent-speaking of accents, Jamie, there is something about a kilt - or Odd he lives up to his name but he is Forever loyal to his one true love ❤️

Bookladylinda Ohhhh I love odd!!!! 7y
