***The sparkling new Christmas novel from the Sunday Times bestselling author Heidi Swain!*** Wynters Trees is the home of Christmas. For the people of Wynmouth its where they get their family Christmas tree, and where Christmas truly comes to life. But for Liza Wynter, its a millstone around her neck. It was her fathers pride and joy but now hes gone, she cant have anything to do with it. Until her fathers business partner decides to retire and she must go back to handle the transition to his son Ned. When Liza arrives, she discovers a much-loved business thats flourishing under Neds stewardship. And shes happy to stay and help for the Christmas season, but then she has other plans. But will the place where she grew up make her change her mind? And can it weave its Christmas cheer around her heart? Underneath the Christmas Tree is the perfect festive read, promising snowfall, warm fires and breath-taking seasonal romance. Perfect for fans of Milly Johnson, Carole Matthews and Cathy Bramley. This was a lovely, warm Christmas story, the people were lovely, the setting amazing. In spite of the fact you kinda knew the outcome, I really enjoyed this one.

Truly loved this book, always enjoy it more where there might be instant attraction but it is a slow burn romance. This book was helped by a great group of characters, an interesting back story, emotional angst and great pacing and storytelling.

19th book finished for #WinterReadathon

Aww what a sweet story. This touches on grief quite a bit but it's handled well and relatable. The plot is steady and builds to an ending we all know we want. There's some drama and heartache along the way but oh the imagery in this is incredible. It makes you want to be able to visit it. Bandit was my favourite character though. Love him so much. A beautiful festive read. 5*

A typical cheesy seasonal romance, a decent enough story with some good supporting characters, though some of the dialogue is a bit clunky.

Another finish for the #WinterReadathon, (25 points) and a massive boost to my word search score - being set on a Christmas Tree farm, the word “tree” appears 140 times!! So that co tributes massively to the 1900 points this got me on total for the word search🤣

#WinterReadathon one book finished and part way through two others and I've completed the weekly bingo challenge of four corners. Also got some lines done and close to a full house.

kezzlou85 @Andrew65 thanks, clearly picked the right books for this. 1y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 I found nativity and wreath were the hardest ones to find. Christmas books definitely help. 😂 1y

A lovely slice of festive fizz! Wynter‘s Trees is definitely a winter wonderland. A Christmas tree plantation with a difference. It‘s a fabulous idea in a beautiful setting - I could just visualise it and would love to visit. I like the style of writing, it flows well and is easy to read. With some sparkling characters and a glistening backdrop, this is sure to light up your Christmas! An enjoyable, lighthearted read. #Pigeonhole
