I use my diffuser every night with essential oils and it helps me sleep and breathe better.

Crazeedi I think this is one of the essential oils books I own. I use them all the time. Found out the mints sprayed around my hummingbird feeders kept the yellow jackets away- 4y
EadieB @Crazeedi It's amazing how well they work. 4y
Crazeedi @EadieB absolutely. I make a spray for bug repellent , I have a spray for sinuses too. And a combo from natures sunshine called tei-fu, you can use it for a multitude of issues, migraines , I use a tei-fu creme that is the best for my hubby's pain in back and down leg... 4y

EadieB @Crazeedi My massage person made me a roll-on of different oils she thought would be helpful to me with my allergies and pain from my rheumatoid arthritis. 4y
Crazeedi @EadieB very good! 4y
KathyWheeler I can‘t relax — never could. My mother-in-law, who worked for Avon, gave me their lavender aromatherapy bubble bath. I was very skeptical, but it really worked! She gave me other one too but they didn‘t work like that lavender one did. I still use lavender to help me relax. 4y
EadieB @KathyWheeler I use oil of lavender in my diffuser. I actually use 8 drops of different oils each night. 4y

Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @EadieB I need to do this!! 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @Crazeedi I need the one for migraines!! Where do I get it?? 4y
EadieB @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Health stores or drug stores. Peppermint oil is commonly used essential oils to treat headaches and migraine attacks. It contains menthol, which can help relax muscles and ease pain. Dab a couple drops of your oil mixture onto your fingers and massage it onto your temples, the back of your neck, your shoulders, and your chest area. Tension headaches are often caused by muscle contractions in this part of your body. 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @EadieB I think I have some!! Thank you so much!! 4y
Crazeedi @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks make sure you are getting essential oils, not just scented oils. Right @EadieB ? The essential oils are what work. There are other mixes out there no right 4y
EadieB @Crazeedi Yes you are right. I'm getting a visitor on Halloween landing at a small airport down the road from me. I can walk there and looking forward to seeing him. lol (edited) 4y
