An unique multi generation story. Hoping for more.
pickI admit, I picked up this book because of Roxane Gay. I have read many of her essays and enjoy her point of view. The Banks is a graphic novel featuring a family of women pulling off a heist. A grandmother, mother and daughter. Their reasons range from simple greed to revenge. I liked the tension in the story. And the ending made me smile.
