This was a fun retelling of some of the greatest hits from the Clone Wars animated series, where familiar stories are experienced from a single character's POV. It probably wouldn't have held much interest for me, since I have watched the series through twice, except that they had voice actors from the series read the stories. There was also an original story featuring the Nightsisters. With The Bad Batch coming to an end, this was a fun revisit

I LOVED The Clones Wars and am super excited for the new Disney+ spin-off series The Bad Batch!

Watched the first episode and I was not disappointed! 🥰

I‘ve listened to the tagged book; loves it! It was just like watching the animated series.

Today I supported a local LEGO and Minifigure store and purchased my favorite clone: Captain Rex! 🥰

It was the perfect way to relive episodes from The Clone Wars animated series!

What‘s better is the voice actors who brought to life the characters in the show, read their character‘s POV stories in this anthology!

Just fantastic! A must for any fan of the show!

I mean, of course it‘s fantastic. Ostensibly for younger readers, just like the animated series is geared towards younger viewers, this story collection is really for anyone who is a Star Wars fan. I enjoyed reading about familiar scenes from different POVs. I thought all the stories were solid, some favorites featured Darth Maul, Asajj Ventress, Cad Bane, and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Can‘t wait to talk about the stories when my son is done reading them!

Ok yes, I admit it, I‘m as excited about today‘s book mail as my son is...so much so that I MAY have prepped dinner and done all the chores this morning so I could spend some time reading this afternoon...and by may have, I mean I TOTALLY DID and now I‘m going to do a little reading.
