pickI become so invested in certain authors and their charcters and find such joy in reading how this person or that person is doing since reading about them in this book or that, across series even. Rachel Hauck is one that can do that for me, though I was so sad to read that cancer was causing upheaval in their life. Anyway, quick read, quick romance with childhood backstory = always delightful.
