I highly recommend that you read No Less Days first before reading From Sky to Sky. The first book sets the premise and some of the characters in place. The journey of the "longevites" continues through third person perspective of Zac Wilson. The plot has twists that takes the reader to places unexpected, as the author beautifully melds lyrical prose, intense emotions, and redemption with a dose of speculative and wonderfully complex characters.
