pickI'm beginning to think that the format of Amazon Original Stories is best suited for long form journalism. The E.A. Johnson, a sloop hired by oyster merchants to NY, is found drifting & abandoned on NY Harbor. There's blood everywhere on board, but no bodies. The Pirate is about so much more than just the search for the person responsible. Bloody true crime in 19th century gave me strong Autopsy vibes. #oldschoolmurderino
