A little box of goodness arrived on my doorstep the other day. Thank you @Cinfhen ! They look and smell gorgeous! It was good timing because that afternoon a huge downpour began and the low lying areas to the South and West of me all flooded. Worst climate event New Zealand has ever had - ⬇️
Centique 4 lives lost, about 400 homes unliveable, a number of major roads washed out and numerous businesses destroyed - including my local supermarket. My home is completely fine but feel so bad for those who have lost everything. 😢 (edited) 2y
Centique We all spent Saturday cleaning mud out of our local shops and so I went through some soap afterwards! Now I have some new pretty ones to replace them with. 💕 2y

Centique @wanderinglynn oh no! That‘s lovely of you but honestly it‘s on a par with what has happened in the US and Europe with wild weather. In a first world country you have the resources to recover - it just takes time. 2y
