This book on reducing anxiety was just okay. IMO, it was not well researched. It was based off the author's experience of what helped him so I can't knock that it worked for him.
I felt like it was only aimed for a small swath of sufferers who are willing to try alternative methods.
I did not feel like this book helped me w/a few exceptions.
I hope that if you read this #Nonfiction #MentalHealth book then it helps you!
