Pickpick

A couple hundred more miles back home today and I finally finished this audiobook. While I'm not going to call this a favorite, it still made the cut as a pick just for the sheer creativity of the plot. It almost lost me once, but pulled together again by the end.

Nearly finished Junk on my way home today. I'm still a little iffy on it, but the intricate and intriguing plot is enough to keep me going.

Also just sharing a photo of one of the sites along my travels: the Kinzua Bridge. Built in 1882, it held the record as the tallest railroad bridge in the world for two years. Restoration of the bridge began in 2002, but unfortunately it was struck by a tornado in 2003.

Soubhiville Oh wow! Incredible photo! 2y
SpeculativeFemale @Soubhiville Thanks! It was taken from the Skywalk they made from the remains of the one side of the bridge. 2y

Listened to a bit of the tagged Audible original while traveling through western New York and Pennsylvania today.

Not sure about the book yet, but the scenery was unparalleled.

This was an audible original, finally got around to reading. It was ok, decent premise, but didn‘t hold my attention as much as other books in this genre do. Overall it was just ok. I‘ll have to see if it fits any of the categories for my 2020 reading challenge.
