This book started off strong, intriguing and I did enjoy Jasper's views and memories of his father. However Snow's part was a filler for me and somehow it did come across to me that Peter is Jasper's real father. So no surprise reaching the third part where Peter is the narrator. Here I was most lost as it was lull though it did fill in the gaps between Johnny and Snow. Overall an interesting read.

For Liberty and her Fun Friday Photo project! Most of my signed books are by authors with Malaysian roots. I picked one that the rest of the reading world might have heard of. ;P I met Tash Aw at a lit fest in KL and attended one of his workshops.
