I don‘t think I‘ll have time this month to read an Alice in Wonderland-inspired novel for #fairytalereadingchallenge, but I enjoyed this creepy, chilling story in which Alice has herself become the Red Queen. It‘s available free on tor.com (I don‘t know if it‘s in the tagged collection).

(I do plan to read Heartless, but it‘s a long library wait.)
