Did you know I #selfpublished a book in 2014? It's a combination of things I tell massage clients, my own experiences with #chronicpain, and related #nutrition research. This popped up in my FB memories this morning, so I thought I'd share. My book also spent some time at #1 in Chronic Pain that year after it was featured in a Family Circle article. The offer still stands - read, review, send me a screenshot, and I'll send you a signed copy!

BarbaraTheBibliophage I want you all to know me as a reader first, but figured this experience is part of me too. I love to talk about self publishing if anyone has questions! 7y

Merethebookgal Very cool! I know we've chatting a little bit in the past about our migraine issues, but I also have endometriosis and have had knee surgery and am still dealing with pain from that as well, so do you think your book would be helpful for the issues I'm dealing with? 7y
LeahBergen You're awesome! 7y
BarbaraTheBibliophage @Merethebookgal It has more about arthritis and migraine than endometriosis. Here's a great endo book though 7y
