Published in 1933. Part horror story and part historical fiction. The tale of a werewolf Bertrand Calliet, from his birth to death, evil begetting evil. Told from his adoptive father's perspective.

Miss Tortitude is too sleepy to care about a number of things at the moment, being used as a kindle prop, werewolf stories or that I have a whole, gloriously free afternoon to start what I hope will be a horrific gem.
