Now that's an interesting way to start a story... department of survival final exam, April 2031🤔 intrigued!
It's raining and I think I hear thunder. Wanting to take advantage of the gloomy atmosphere, I pull out my horror book, Dead North. My lunch break is over, but I decide to snuggle up in bed and squeeze in just a few more pages. Then, my cat shows up and ruins it all with his cuteness 🤷🏽♀️

A little horror on my rainy-day lunch break. The day is just gloomy enough for these Canadian zombie-themed horror stories that deal with so much more. In this one, the ethics of whaling. I've only just started it, but this last line makes me wonder where the author is headed.
