Zero Waste: Eliminate Your Trash, Simplify Your Life, and Heal the Earth | 
So this is a non book related post but inspired by a lot of reading. One of my New Years goals is trying to move towards a more zero waste lifestyle and so I signed up for this subscription box. It‘s called suli box and they send you some made in the uk eco friendly products each month. In this one I have bamboo floss and solid perfume that I‘m particularly excited about.

Weaponxgirl @TheBookHippie it‘s so cool! And it being from smaller uk companies was a huge draw for me. The last box had a coffee cup made from rice husk which is both a waste product and biodegradable when it‘s done with. Takes a bit of legwork out for me too as zero waste is kinda an effort to find where to get certain things from in the first place 5y

Aimeesue I love that! I subscribe to the Mighty Green box in the US, but you only get 1 product to try each month. But it‘s only $10/month, and you can buy more through them with free shipping if you like it. Baby steps! 5y
Weaponxgirl @Aimeesue the us has so many more subscription boxes and I‘m usually the jealous one! Yes, baby steps is the way to make it stick as far as I‘m concerned. This is about (d0 a month but so far I‘m loving it. 5y

Weaponxgirl Battle green, it comes in a glass jar that you can buy refills for. A good uk site for products (I haven‘t used it yet but recommended from sources I trust) is called wearth London. They also do the toothpicks with floss in bamboo too. Hope that helps 😊 I may post more zero waste ect stuff as long as people are interested in it. 5y
