Justice Lonesome has enjoyed a life of bounty. Even so, shes inherited the curse of the Lonesome. A poets soul. Which means shes still searching for something. Searching for peace. Searching for the lessthats more. And when the foundation of her life is pulled out from under her, grieving, she goes to the mountains to find her oasis. She hits Carnal, Colorado and decides to stay. Deke Hightower lost everything at the age of two. He lost it again at fifteen. His life has not been about bounty. Its been about learning to live with less, because theres no way to get more. Dekes also watched all his friends go down to the women who gave them what they needed. He wants that for himself. But he knows that search isnt going to be easy because hes a rider. His home is the road. Thats the only place he can breathe. And the woman who takes her place at his side has to do it sitting on the back of his bike. When Deke meets Justice, he knows shes not that woman. Shes cute. Shes sweet. And shes into him, but shes got it all and Deke knows he wont fit into that. So he holds her at arms length. Establishes boundaries. And Justice will take it because she wants Deke any way hell let her have him. But when Justice finds herself a pawn in a dangerous game, Deke makes a decision. When he does, he has no idea hes just opened himself up to bounty.

I loved the rockstar gypsy aspect of this book. Deke was great - classic mountain alpha from Kristen Ashley. I actually didn‘t cry in this book which is rare when it comes to this author. #romance #romantsy

I'm one of those people whom when they find a "new" author whose books they really enjoy, I like to read up everything they have written and most of the time I "wear" myself out over that author. Well I did this with Kristen Ashley's Rock Chick series and the first six books in the Colorado Mountain series. So I took a very long break from reading anything "new" by her but now I think I'm ready to jump back in and read some more of her books :)

EloisaJames I really like Mystery Man and Fairytale Come Alive (which is weird but fun) 7y
AmandaMarie @EloisaJames I heard that she has some weird books and I plan on reading them too sometime. After I finish Bounty, I'm starting the Dream Man series so I'll be reading Mystery Man soon :D 7y
EloisaJames @AmandaMarie that's my favorite series! 7y

Five bountiful stars to Bounty ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I loved that both Jussy and Deke were always thankful for the bounties life gave them, and their past connection sweetened the deal.

Another week, another book. I was in the mood for a bitey, growly, bossy alpha and KA writes some of the best ever. Hands down. I read the prologue last night and was almost brought to tears with feely ass feels! What book are you starting your week off with? 📚🍰☕

ashley_liz @BooksPieAndCoffee that looks awesome! I might have to start keeping one for myself! Thanks for telling me about it! 😊 7y

Apparently I didn't finish reading 62 books in 2016, I'm pretty sure I did, could I have not hit the publish button on the reviews? 😢😢😢😢😢

Not my favorite KA book, but I still really enjoyed it. I loved the music in the book. I always feel KA picks the perfect songs and lyrics to go along with her stories.
