I went to Hey Books in San Diego honestly not knowing that today was independent bookstore day. I thought there was a book signing because the line was way out the door. I managed to survive the crowd pharmaceutical free! I bought the tagged book and an “Eat the Rich” sticker. I Hope you all are having a great day.

ncsufoxes We used to live in San Diego (we left in 2022). As stress inducing as the crowd was (it would be for me), it‘s good to see a bookstore that busy. 3d
Trashcanman @DGRachel I know what you mean, I think if I was still on meds it‘s would have been too much unless I took a lot of gabapentin before hand. It helps to be tall in this situation because I can see over most peoples heads. (edited) 3d

ncsufoxes @Trashcanman no we are no longer in CA. Now we are in Frederick, Maryland. My husband is a scientist. He works for the National Cancer Institute. 2d
