panA bit of psychobabble, some poorly written fiction posing as history, Man draws some long bows in this book. The points he makes are relevant but the writing of them is not great. (Perhaps he‘s a great speaker?) At any rate I feel like this would have been better if it had been done in 21 pages - one for each point would have been more than enough. And if you aren‘t doing this stuff already, your staff probably hate you. Not for me!
Izai.Amorim I feared it would be like this. I‘ve read a lot of business books. Same pattern. First look for a topic not yet taken, then come up with the thesis, then bend things until you have enough narrative to prove your thesis. Sue @Izai.Amorim @Andrew65 😂😂😂 Hitler did rate a mention. He also referred to one of the Khan‘s contemporaries as having committed the ‘wrong sort ‘ of atrocity (to engender loyalty). I don‘t know where this guy works, but our HR department has a very firm anti-atrocity stance. 8y
