Mehso-so

I hesitate to give any historical fiction that enlightens about important topics that are often forgotten or neglected a bad score and so for that, I rate this book so-so as it is a fictional retelling of a real court case of accused blood libel in Hungary. However, even for a young adult book the writing left something to be desired. A little too simplistic. I have enjoyed others by Eva Wiseman so I‘m not sure what it is.
