It's Black Friday, even here in Germany. Booksellers are offering up to 20% discount on English books and I'm so tempted to fill my basket. But then #IllRemember that I signed up for #JolabokaflodSwap and #SantaThing and don't press "buy now".

GingerAntics We‘ve exported Black Friday? Wow. I almost want to say sorry, but the book sales can be really good. For a while, our Black Friday tradition was to get Starbucks at like 5:30 in the morning, then go wait in line at half price books. The first hundred customers got $10 off any purchase, and one lucky customer got a $100 gift card just for showing up. What‘s not to love about that?! 4y
julesG @GingerAntics It's been Black Friday Week for what felt like ten days. And the deals on English/Foreign language books are the only attractive thing. Kindle books are not reduced though. 😑 Wish they would lift the book price fixing arrangement for books in German, no discounts on German books. 😭 4y

Ahhhhhh... I wanted to take a little break from reading and look a bit for birthday gifts at Etsy...

An hour and several Euros later... Tomorrow will be a bad day for my bank account. 🙈🙈🙈
